The toilet in the spare bathroom overflowed and ran into the walls and hallway. We first extracted the water and thoroughly dried the area. Due to the sewage, we removed a portion of the drywall in the bathroom. For the flooring and remaining areas, we cleaned and sanitized the area.

Great communication, Corey was our contact and he answered the phone every time I called. Very patient with coordinating between different condo unit owners and really knew his stuff. He was able to put everyone at ease, and worked very quickly.
