The customer had water that leaked into the basement. We began by extracting the water, then sanitized the area in case there were contaminants in the flood. Our team brought in industrial fans to thoroughly dry out the area to prevent mold and ensure there was no water remaining in the space.

Great communication, Corey was our contact and he answered the phone every time I called. Very patient with coordinating between different condo unit owners and really knew his stuff. He was able to put everyone at ease, and worked very quickly.
