Clients hot water tank had a malfunction. When we arrived on site the basement area was flooded, we then extracted all the water removed all the contents so we could perform mitigation we then placed dehumidifier and fans in the areas to dry it out and remove the humidty

Great communication, Corey was our contact and he answered the phone every time I called. Very patient with coordinating between different condo unit owners and really knew his stuff. He was able to put everyone at ease, and worked very quickly.
