Customer contacted us due to a sewage backup in the basement. We extracted sewage water in all affected areas.
Sanitized and scrubbed with the proper chemicals.
Discarded any contaminated items/belongings that were not salvageable and sanitized any contents that could be salvaged.
We properly dried out the area to be sure no mold would occur and to make sure we were leaving our customers' house safe for them.

Great communication, Corey was our contact and he answered the phone every time I called. Very patient with coordinating between different condo unit owners and really knew his stuff. He was able to put everyone at ease, and worked very quickly.
