This was an after-hours call that came in from a daycare/preschool. The customer contacted us due to a sewage backup that affected a few of the classrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen area and the hallway. We extracted the sewage water from all the affected areas. We then sanitized and decontaminated everything that was affected and possibly could have been affected. Due to it being a business for children it was very important that we made sure to do extra decontaminating. We left a dehumidifier to dry out the areas and make sure that the kids would be able to return to a clean and safe school.
